My husband decided to go on a diet. Well, diet, so diet, I thought. This will not frighten me, since we have a lot. But, like any undertaking, I decided to celebrate this business. No, not a drink, as you thought, but an unusual anddelicious dinner... I have prepared an interesting new dish for my husband - stuffed drying with meat and share photo recipe meat dryers with minced meat and with you.

I like myself very much step by step photo recipes cooking, especially strangers to me. Although I am an experienced hostess, with experience, but sometimes it is still better to know some of the little things and nuances of cooking those dishes that are prepared for the first time, and only then, during the tasting process, I edit and supplement the recipes at my own discretion.

For cooking dryers stuffed with minced meat we need the following ingredients:



Drying - 1 package (400-500 grams)

Milk or water - 1 liter

Minced meat - 600-800 grams

Onions - 2-3 heads

Cheese - 60-80 grams

garlic - 2-3 cloves

Greens (I have dill)

1. Soak drying in water or milk for 20-25 minutes. If there is not enough liquid, we periodically turn the drying over so that they are saturated evenly.



2. Making minced meat. Finely dice the onions, mix with minced meat, add salt and pepper. Finely chop the greens. Add a couple of cloves of minced garlic for flavor.



3. Stir chopped meat with onions, herbs and spices until smooth. Chopped onions can be lightly fried in vegetable oil, and then mixed with minced meat.



Supplement to the recipe: instead of minced meat can be done minced vegetables: Take eggplant or zucchini, onions, carrots, bell peppers, herbs and garlic, cut vegetables into cubes and save over high heat for 5-7 minutes. Chop greens and garlic, mix with fried vegetables and add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Pour some vegetable oil into a baking dish. If you cook without it, the dryers will burn.



5. Put it in a drying mold.



6. In the middle of eachdrying, lay out the minced meat .



Supplement to the recipe: I would also recommend drying with minced meat smear on top with mayonnaise or sour cream, for my taste, such stuffed drying will turn out much softer.

7. We rub the cheese on a grater.



8. Put the cheese on top of the minced meat.



9. In a preheated oven, put a dish with stuffed dryers and leave to bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 * C (I use an electric oven, in which I bake almost all dishes). Make sure that the drying does not burn on top (I did not immediately take the drying out of the oven after baking and they were slightly browned).



10. Remove the finished drying from the mold, put on a beautiful dish, decorate with vegetables, herbs and serve.
