  • beaker;

  • flour sieve (regular or in the form of a mechanical glass, like mine);
  • electronic kitchen scales (this is more accurate to measure than with a glass).

Step 2. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the bucket. We try to get on the mixer itself so that it is easier for it to knead the dough.Step 3. Measure out the required amount of salt with a special spoon for a bread machine and add it to the bucket.Step 4. Using the back of a HP measuring spoon (tablespoon), measure out the sugar and add it to the baking container.Step 5. Take a measuring cup, pour water according to the recipe and heat it a little in the microwave. I usually heat for 30 seconds at 600 watts. For convenience, heat all the required amount of liquid in a larger container, for example, in a large cup. Thanks to the heat, our bread will rise better and the yeast will react faster.Step 6. Add warm water (or milk) to the baking container with salt and sugar. Step 14. Place the bucket in the bread maker itself for baking bread. I have this standard mode for 3 hours, the weight of the bread is 900 g and the crust is light. Use the instructions for your appliance, in particular the very first program for regular bread.Step 15. For the first 10 minutes, any bread machine kneads the dough without heating. Therefore, I do not close the lid and carefully monitor the batch. The appearance and taste of the finished bread depend on the perfectly kneaded kolobok.Step 16. The moisture content of store-bought flour varies, so it’s better to keep an eye on the kolobok when kneading (this is my personal advice). As you can see in the photo, my flour had high humidity, so the dough began to stick on one edge. I turn on the “Pause” mode and use a silicone spatula to mix in the flour from another corner.

If the dough, on the contrary, is a little tight, the mixer creaks when kneading the dough - this means that the flour has low moisture content. In this case, add 1 tsp. water and continue to monitor the kolobok. Add as much water until the dough becomes elastic.

Step 17. In my case, the flour is wet, I add 1 tsp. flour in the place where the dough sticks to the bucket.Step 18. The dough ball should be perfectly kneaded. This is evidenced by the absence of excess flour at the bottom of the bucket and the pleasant sound of the stirrer during kneading.

Step 19. After we have controlled the perfect kneading of the dough for 10 minutes, close the lid of the bread machine and do not touch the device until the end of baking.

How to remove a stirrer from bread

Step 20. Use oven mitts to remove the bucket from the bread maker and place it on a wooden surface to cool slightly (2-5 minutes).Step 21. Shake the bread onto a board or any convenient surface. Let's see if the mixer remains in the bread - use the special hook that came with the bread machine and carefully pull it out. Step 22. Leave the bread alone for a while to cool completely.
